Objects and Reasons

The Object of this Bili is to raise port dues in respect of certain types of sea craft, to extend the power of exemption of port dues and to formally exempt from the provisions of the Port Dues Ordinance all sea craft below 10 gross registered tons.

Occasion has been taken to clarify the text of one of the provisions of the said Ordinance.
