The objects and reasons of this Bill are to make amendments to the warranting process for the practice of the veterinary profession in Malta and for the Commissioner for Animal Welfare to be notified with specific judgements and court decrees for the keeping of the register regarding judgements and decrees on ill-treatment of animals, and to make amendments to certain provisions for legal clarity.
