Objects and Reasons
The objects and reasons of this Bill are to amend the Prevention of Money Laundering Act in order to strengthen the Board of Governors of the Financial Intelligence Analysis Unit by requiring the Commissioner of Police and the Commissioner for Revenue or their representative to be members of the Board of Governors.
