Objects and Reasons
The object of this Bill is to effect amendments to various financial services laws, in order to transpose Directive (EU) 2016/2341 ("Directive on the activities and supervision of institutions for occupational retirement provision (IORPs) (recast)") and to provide for matters ancillary or incidental thereto, and also to effect other amendments as deemed necessary.
