Objects and Reasons
The objects and reasons of this Bill are to amend the Trading Licences Act to enable the Minister to prescribe regulations concerning transfers of authorisations of market hawker stall spaces and regulations concerning actions which may be taken to promote compliance with legislation regulating open markets
