In a communication sent to H.E. Mr Zhang Dejiang, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress of China, Speaker Anġlu Farrugia, on behalf of the Maltese Parliament, expressed his full support and solidarity following the violent earthquake which struck the city of Dingxi in Gansu province and Min County in Dingxi.
