Objects and Reasons
The purpose of this Bill is to strengthen the safeguarding of safety on the road by decreasing the limits of alcohol that one may be allowed to consume if he shall be driving, by adding to the possibilities of effective enforcement and by introducing different permissible limits of alcohol for different categories of drivers.
