Elderly Home (Auberge De Baviere for the use of the Valletta Community)
Accommodation Center, Shelter & Rehabilitation for the Elderly.
For the building to remain under the possession of the Maltese State / People, along with its services so that the costs will be minimal without a third party involved such as a Private Contractor where the costs of the third party will increase the burden on senior residents. By this we propose that the 60%, will be lowered down to only 50% from the retired residents' pension.
The Auberge's garages located on the bottom side will serve as an Emergency Station such as an Ambulance thus avoiding further delays for the Elderly in case of a serious emergency or medical appointments as well as the Ambulance can be used for the service of the entire community as well.
Along with additional examples; a dedicated fire and civil protection unit can easily be set up in the event of any other emergency situations in both Valletta and the surrounding localities.
The inner courtyard serves as an ideal place for recreation and rehabilitation purposes.
The Auberge de Bavière is located close to the sea and at the back of the Auberge there's an area as well, these two options will serve well for the retired residents for their quiet walks and quality time outside of the Elderly Home.
Two Bus Stops are already found on the same street as the Building. An ideal convenience for the elderly, their relatives, and friends to visit.

The Auberge of Baviere strategy does not end here, we'll increase opportunities from one opportunity; Through this building, the lower garage can also serve as a rescue for both foreign and Maltese swimmers or divers in the area as many of us have been swimming in Marsamxetto for decades. We urge the House of Representatives to consider this proposal and to take immediate action. The dignity of our elderly community depends on this. Social Consciousness towards our elderly members of the community is much needed, especially when we wish to keep our elderly members close to us, and within the same locality which they were born and raised, there's an elderly nursing home in every locality across Gozo and Malta, us Valletta residents have nothing less than others.
