Objects and Reasons
This Bill provides for the application of a sum not exceeding €1,275,972,861 for the service of the Financial year 2024 to meet expenditure under the Votes specified in the First Schedule to the Bill in addition to €6,169,937,059 appropriated by Act No. XLIV of 2023 and for the appropriation of a further €149 for the service of the financial year 2024 to repay an equivalent amount withdrawn from the Contingencies Fund during the financial year 2024 under the Votes specified in the Second Schedule to the Bill.
