Objects and Reasons

The object of the Bill is to authorize the Government of Malta to ratify the United Nations Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons and on their Destruction and to make other provisions enabling Malta to implement the provisions thereof.
