Objects and Reasons

The Bill provides for empowering the Minister responsible for justice to make regulations on the microfilming of acts deposited in the Archives, and provides also for copies of some notarial acts to be made available in the Archives of the Island where the property is situated and for matters relating to the administration of the Archives.
