Objects and Reasons

The Object of this Bill is to provide an alternative method of payment of excise duty on non-alcoholic concentrates through the use of capsules (pilferproof screw caps) and for the exemption from payment of excise duty on crown corks used for sealing bottles containing certain beverages.
