Objects and Reasons

The Object of this Bill is to make it compulsory for employers to award to their whole-time employees any flat rate increase granted by the Government to its whole-time employees owing to an increase in the cost of living, and to make applicable to the age of 18 years any wage now being payable to a person on and after his attainment of the 19th year of age.
