Bill No. 165 - Conditions of Employment (Regulation) (Amendment) Bill
Objects and Reasons
The main Object of this Bill is to implement the budget proposals by providing for maternity leave with pay and affording protection against dismissal of female employees because of marriage or maternity.
Occasion has been taken to introduce an amendment to the provisions regulating conditions of contracts of service.
