Objects and Reasons
The objects and reasons of this Bill is to establish the Employment Agencies Guarantee Fund for the purpose of providing compensation to employees of temporary work agencies and outsourcing agencies whose employment is terminated because of the revocation or nonrenewal of the licence and to establish the Employment Agencies Appeals Board.
