Objects and Reasons
The objects and reasons of this Bill are to provide the necessary legislative framework for the use of electronic means for scanning criminal proceedings and for granting access to such records by electronic means to the Office of Attorney General to stop using the system through which criminal proceedings are physically sent by the court to this Office.
