Objects and Reasons
The object of this Bill is to update the provisions of the current Employment and Training Services Act (Chapter 343 of the Laws of Malta) by substituting its provisions and establishing, in lieu thereof, Jobsplus and a National Employment Authority, as well as updating, inter alia, matters relating to the regulation of employment and training services.
