Objects and Reasons
The objects and reasons of this Bill are to give power to the Minister to amend the Schedules to the principal Act by means of regulations, to substitute Schedule I of the principal Act to update the reference to Directive 98/34 EC in Section 1 of the Impact Assessment Framework Form which was repealed by Directive (EU) 2015/1535 and to update the composition of the Enterprise Consultative Council as well as of the College of Regulators.
