The objects and reasons of this Bill are to amend the provisions of the Criminal Code, in order to extend the crimes of incitement to violence or hatred against persons and groups, and of condoning, denying or trivialising crimes against peace against persons and groups, to also cover persons with disability, and older persons, individually and as a group, and to also amend provisions related to punishment for these crimes accordingly
