The objects and reasons of this Bill is to provide for additional chambers of the Court of Appeal and to abolish the Court of Magistrates (Gozo) sitting in its superior jurisdiction, to extend the jurisdiction of the Civil Court, First Hall, the Civil Court (Family Section) and the Civil Court (Voluntary Jurisdiction) to the Islands of Gozo and Comino.
