Objects and Reasons
The objects and reasons of this Bill are to substitute the definition "Minister" in the Voluntary Organisations Act and to provide for consequential amendments, as well as to identify further certain provisions regarding private interest foundations in the Second Schedule to the Civil Code and in the Trusts and Trustees Act.
