Objects and Reasons
The main object of this Bill is to provide for the protection of individuals in current and future generations against the harmful effects of ionising and non-ionising radiation and for the safety of radiation sources and to introduce preventive and protective measures of control for human exposure to ionising and non-ionising radiation and matters connected therewith or ancillary thereto.
