Objects and Reasons
The purpose of this Bill is to establish a Council for Maltese Living Abroad which shall have the function, inter alia, of protecting and promoting the rights and interests of Maltese living outside Malta and to establish a Maltese Cultural Institute to promote Maltese culture and language outside Malta.
